Yes, though we have never had to redo design work before! Our aim is to ensure our clients are 110% happy with the end result and with our service. Yes, we will have a look at your current website and offer advice on any issues or your concerns. Often it works out more cost effective to start again than to fix up a poorly designed or coded web site. I am based interstate. Can you help me and will this be a problem? Yes we will be happy to help, and distance won’t be a problem. We have interstate and overseas clients we have never met, and we are here to help you. If you are having a website designed, you will be dealing with people and customers remotely also. We can organise to have any printing delivered nationwide. How does the design process work? 1. A quote or price estimate shall be given before any work is commenced, based on information supplied. For new clients, we require a minimum 30% deposit before we commence work. For printing products, we require a 50% deposit prior to the start of any printing. Full payment shall become due 14 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
